Payments must be made as per the terms outlined in your agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
5. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Ensure compliance with all relevant UK property laws, including The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and Housing Act 2004.

Maintain appropriate insurance for your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice in writing. Termination will not affect any accrued rights or obligations.
